The Woolard's moved from Miami, OK to open the First United Pentecostal Church of Gravette, now Truth Apostolic Church, in 1978, and served as Pastor for over 40 years before 'retiring up' to Bishop.

After receiving Bachelor's degrees from Missouri State University, the Sammons' came back to their home church, where they were elected Pastor in 2019. They live in nearby Noel, MO with their 5 children.
